SLC Management als erste ausländische, kooperierende Delegation bei der Beijing Football Association

Anfang des Jahres wurde SLC Management mit ihrem Partner TÜV Rheinland als erste ausländische Delegation von der Beijing Football Associaiton (BFA) empfangen. Nach einer ausgiebigen Führung über die moderne "Goaxin Youth Training Base" in Peking, führten die drei Parteien einen intensiven und konstruktiven Austausch über die gegenwärtigen Bedingungen und die umfassenden Aufgaben der BFA sowie die angestrebte Reform des größten chinesischen Provinzverbandes, die insbesondere gemeinsam mit SLC angegangen werden soll.

SLC Management wurden dabei Einblicke in das solide Fundament und die ehrgeizigen Ziele sowie die modernen Visionen der BFA gewährt. Anspruch der BFA ist es, als Zentrum des Fußball-Ökosystems von Peking zu agieren und qualitativ-hochwertige Dienstleistungen für seine Mitglieder und die Region Peking zu erbringen. SLC Management und TÜV Rheinland werden die BFA in ihrem Reformprozess und der Neustrukturierung der Aufgaben sowie des Leistungsangebots unterstützen.

Earlier this year, SLC Management with its partner TÜV Rheinland were recieved as the first foreign delegation by the Beijing Football Association (BFA). After a detailed tour of the modern "Goaxin Youth Training Base" in Beijing, the three parties engaged in a profound and constructive exchange about the present conditions and the comprehensive tasks of the BFA as well as the pursued reform of the largest Chinese regional association.

SLC Management was pleased to be granted with insights into the solid foundation, valuable assets, ambitious goals and the modern vision of the BFA. The commitment of the BFA is to act as the central hub of Beijing’s football ecosystem and to provide quality services to its members and the peripheral areas. SLC Management and TÜV Rheinland will support the BFA in its reform process and the restructuring of its tasks and services.

TÜV莱茵携SLC为地方足球协会专业化运营出谋献策

TÜV Rheinland and SLC Gave Counsel to the Local Football Associations in Professional Operation

近日，德国莱茵TÜV集团（以下简称“TÜV莱茵”）携同德国SLC管理咨询有限公司（以下简称“SLC”）前往北京市足球运动协会（以下简称“北京市足协”）进行拜访, 旨在协助北京市足协顺利开展深化改革工作。通过管理模式优化、服务质量提升和商业化运营，支持北京市足球相关产业和竞技水平的可持续发展。此次会面，双方就新形势下地方足球协会的运营管理、业务能力发展等议题交换了意见，并对今后的合作方向进行了开放性和建设性的讨论。

Recently, TÜV Rheinland Group (“TÜV Rheinland”) and SLC Management GmbH (“SLC”) visited Beijing Football Association to facilitate the smooth implementation of its further reform. Through optimization of management, service quality enhancement and commercialization of operations, TÜV Rheinland and SLC will support the realization of the sustainable development of football associated industries and the sports competitiveness in Beijing. During this visit, the representatives from both parties exchanged their views on the operations, management and business capability development of local football associations under the new requirement, and engaged in an open and constructive discussion on the direction of future cooperation.

北京市足协党支部书记、专职副主席汪江涛，副秘书长王晓刚，陈长红，吴烁，TÜV莱茵大中华区管理体系服务项目经理吴克俭，SLC董事长Alfons Madeja教授，执行董事兼首席研发官Maximilian Madeja出席了此次交流会。会上，汪江涛致欢迎词，并从概况与目标、产品与服务、组织与管理模式、资源及优势等四个方面详细介绍了协会自身的发展情况。

Among the attendees of this meeting are: Wang Jiangtao (Secretary of CPC Branch and the Full-time Vice Chairman of Beijing Football Association), Wang Xiaogang, Chen Changhong and Wushuo (Deputy Secretary-Generals of Beijing Football Association), Wu Kejian (Project Manager Systems, TÜV Rheinland Greater China), Professor Alfons Madeja (Chairman of SLC), and Maximulian Madeja (Executive Director and Chief Development Officer of SLC). During the meeting, Wang Jiangtao delivered a welcome speech, and introduced SLC in detail regarding its overview and objectives, products and services, organization and management mode, and resources and advantages.

2017年9月30日，北京市人民政府印发了《北京市足球改革发展总体方案》，方案中要求调整改革北京市足协，按照政社分开、权责明确、依法自治的原则调整组建新的协会组织。改革后的北京市足协致力于成为北京足球生态的中心枢纽，为会员和周边区域提供优质服务。与此同时，足球协会市场化运营将是北京市足协需要研究和解决的新课题。

On September 30, 2017, the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality issued the Overall Reform and Development Plan of Football Industry in Beijing, which requests Beijing Football Association be reformed to enable the separation of government functions and association management, clarification of rights and responsibilities, and self-governing by laws. The newly reformed Beijing Football Association is committed to acting as the central hub of Beijing’s football ecosystem and providing quality services to its members and peripheral areas. At the same time, the marketized operation of the football association will be a new issue to be addressed by Beijing Football Association.

Alfons Madeja教授表示，北京市足协拥有坚实的基础，也设定了最佳的目标和愿景，还需要了解政府，会员和大众的真正需求。根据不同事物的不同方面设定不同的目标，制定以"月"为单位的计划，通过实现一个又一个的三月或六月计划，一步步向最终目标推进，这样会有助于加速目标的实现。

Professor Alfons Madeja from SLC pointed out that Beijing Football Association is well equipped with a solid foundation, optimal objects and visions. What it lacks is to further understand the genuine needs of the government, its members and the public; set up goals according to various dimensions of each subject, and formulate action plans in months. By realizing a three-month-plan or a six-month-plan one after another, the association will accelerate its progress towards its ultimate goal.

此外，Alfons Madeja教授还就职业足球运动员的发展表达了自己的看法。他认为，足球是竞技体育的重要组成部分，但不能仅仅关注运动员的竞技能力。足球运动员不应只是肌肉足够强大的运动机器，球员的"球商，情商，人商"同样需要得到重视。真正的足球明星毕竟是少数，但可以通过传授相关知识，如体育管理、体育经济学，教育学，法律等给予他们尝试不同工作岗位任职的机会，相信他们也能成为业界的顶梁柱。

Furthermore, Professor Alfons Madeja also shared his insight into the development of the professional football players. He believes that while football is an important part of the competitive sports, we shall not focus on the skills of the players alone. The football players shall not be just a sport machine with muscles. We shall also attach importance to the players’ “sports quotient, emotional quotient and humanness quotient”. While football stars are rare, the football players may have the opportunity to try different jobs after receiving corresponding trainings from sports management, sports economics, education and laws, thus becoming the backbone of the industry.
